24/7 threat monitoring and rapid response so your network stays secure without adding headcount. OK.. that sounds fantastic, but HOW do you know:
Exactly what services and response times you are getting? (assume nothing)
the quality of the support. Do you see any SLA’s, if so what are the details. (words matter)
do you have a documented need for US based staff?
so many questions!! lets talk about this.
