How to turn on the PS5!

  • To use ps5. Turn on PlayStation vid controller by pressing the center button on one of the controllers. you will see the light come on if you look at the PS5.

  • Turn on amp w remote. its a black “Harmon Kardon” square remote. after it is powered on press the “Server” button.

  • On tv. You should see an option to switch source to “Harmon Kardon soundbar”. it will be the box that is below the common streaming services.

use ps5 controller. hit buttom above the thumb in this picture.
look in cabinet and you will see the blue glow indicating ps5 is on
use this remote to turn on the Amp. point it at the amp in the center of the cabinet. you should see the lights come on. press the "Server" button.
the amp display shoudl show that its set to MHL/Server as shown in this pic
use TV remote power button at the top to turn on the tv.
change the source by moving down on the main menu to the box shown in this pic. NOTE: it may say "harmon kardon soundbar"
if you see this screen. you did not perform one of the prior steps.
